Welcome to GeoSquare, India's smart real estate data platform. The purpose of this video is to demonstrate how to perform a transaction search on the GeoSquare dashboard.

Step 1: Login or Register
First, you need to log in or register. If you are a new user, you can register for free and receive some free credits to explore the dashboard.

Step 2: What will be visible on the dashboard?
After logging in, you will see the searching tools on the dashboard. You can browse transaction data by district, transaction type, village, and year. This is a very easy way to understand the market activity of an entire district or village.

Step 3: How to do an Advanced Search
The second tab will give you the advanced search option. Here you can select the district, type of transaction (e.g., sale, gift, agreement), and then select the match criteria (exact or similar). After that, you can enter any keyword you want to search for, such as project name, person's name, survey number, etc. Selecting a village and year is optional; you can search without it.

Step 4: How the result will look
As soon as you search, you will see the transaction list, which will have the details of every transaction. When you click on any transaction, you will get the complete transaction details that are in the Index II document.
